Health Center Training Sites

The below map features programs that have at least one Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) site (in yellow) and programs with greater than or equal to 50% of resident training time at FQHC sites (in red) according to publicly available ACGME data. Only the training site with the highest percentage of FQHC training time in each program is displayed. If you notice a discrepancy or inaccuracy for your residency, please email info@thcgme.org. THCPD grant recipients are noted in the list below with a "Grant Recipient" flag. This map includes health center training sites as a resource, but not all listed sites are part of HRSA's THCPD- or THCGME-supported programs.
